I NEED TO RESET MY COMPUTER TO FACTORY SETTINGS CAN U HELP ME PLEASE

pull the power cord, then pull the cmos battery. Wait 30 seconds reinsert both and you are reset to factory.

That will just reset the bios, not the HDD to factory defaults

haha, yeah gregcky. don't know exactly what OP wants or if the have recovery partition or if the computer uses propitiatory software like lenovo's do

Yeah, I was taking a shot in the dark that it was bios reset being the lack of information.
