Hey I have Nikon D5500 actually my memory card is damaged so my question is nikon D5500 have internal storage where i can find my old pictures???

No.

Generally, cameras have a very, very limited amount of internal memory. Enough for 5-10 pics.
Either recover them from the damaged card (unlikely) or...they're gone.

If you tried all that...your pics are gone.

Personally, I consider SD cards as a very temp storage. Pictures never live on any of my SD cards for more than a day or two.
