swap ur hdd for an ssd.your processor itself is already pretty weak.so nothing can be done about it.using an ssd will increase your laptop boot time and speed up loading times.

You can't make your computer run any more faster with an AMD E1-2100 APU. In fact, I have an old laptop that's a decade old running an Intel Core2 Duo T5550 (3GB RAM, Windows 8 Pro), which is almost twice as fast compared to your APU, and I can barely watch a 1080p60fps YouTube video without multitasking, so I can't imagine trying that on a computer slower than my old laptop running Windows 8, unless your drivers are highly optimized. I wouldn't bother upgrading your APU if I were you because your APU is in a BGA configuration, therefore it's soldered onto your motherboard, plus you could run into compatibility issues where your BIOS won't recognize the new APU, and possible thermal issues.
