Anybody know where is cheap and good laptops for sale? My old laptop is a little annoyed me. I want to buy laptop which can watching movies and play games smoothly. My budget is not very sufficient, about $250…Any suggestion will be appreciated.

you will not be able to play games smoothly with a $250 laptop. save a little longer and buy something more expensive. you get what you pay for and if you buy cheap you get a cheap product.
