My laptop has been running hot on start up i need a fan control for dell latitude e7450 because i want to max my fans so i can get good cooling ive rised my laptop makes no difference i have cleaned out the fans does nothing runs to 80 doing nothing

Look at task manager and tell us what you are seeing for processor loading on average.
