Hi,

Please do try these.

- Turn the laptop completely off.
- When you press the power button, start tapping on F8 until you see Advance Boot Options.
- Select Repair your Computer and press Enter.
- Select your language and then enter your username and password.
- Click on Acer factory image Restore and next.

Hello... I tried and press all choices there. but it didnt work. its says no restore point have been created. or they can't find restore system image...
