Hi I have connected a Goodman's soundbar to my TV but when I go on the HDMI channel there is no sound

Hi I have purchased a Goodman's 45w soundbar but cannot get sound to come through HDMI channel even though it works on normal tv

Does it come with a optical port? Please make sure it's receiving the video though a hdmi port from tv that actually output signals.

A little vague. You trying to get the soundbar to work with your TV or Computer? Arn't Goodman's all bluetooth? How are you connecting it and what is the audio source?
