Hi, I have just bought Dish true HD+ stb and I already have 5.1 channel Audio system. i have connected with audio out pin from STB to 5.1 channel L&R, sound is ok, but 5.1 sound delivering channels are simply mute. so help me connect my stb to 5.1 channel to produce full 5.1 surround sound....

The best way to connect the stb will depend on the connections that the audio system has.
If it has HDMI inputs and HDMI out then connect the box to it that way. Second option is to use the optical output of the stb. If the only connection that you have is the L/R stereo audio connection then try different surround modes until you find the one you like.
