Hi, I've Tried to uninstall 7zip 9.20 (as i dont use it any more) For over 3 months now, can you add this?

I can't Seem to uninstall the whole thing, because i downloaded it over a year ago and i cannot whatsoever find the thing that sometimes (on rare occasions) when a try to open a file it tries to make me re-install it. Thanks for trying to help.
