When I switch on powe button on my HP i5 laptop wifi button goes on and power button bt on only for 1 second and goes off again and screen doesn't turn on becomes blank ... I want to knw wat could be the problem

Most likely issue is a bad motherboard. You can try another charger, boot with no battery, open the system remove the CMOS battery and main battery then hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, plug in wall power only and see if it turns on. If it does, connect the other batteries and try it again.
