High temperature Graphic Card?

I use AMD Phenom II X6 1055T. The temperature is at 36 degrees Celsius, and the card is a AMD Radeon HD 5700 running at 52 degrees with the fans at 40%. Is this normal?

That GPU can run safely up at around 75C.

But those temperatures are while doing nothing... 6 chrome tabs and in the background, CPU thermometer, dropbox, one drive, icloud and norton 360. Still normal? BTW it says activity 0% so it cant be a virus

Still, there is nothing out of the ordinary. See what your GPU maxes out when gaming, thats what really matters.
