Hissing noise from logitech z506

Hi.i recently switched from gigabyte z270 gaming k5 to asus rog maximus x hero.i have z506 speakers form Logitech and when i turn off the PC it will start the hissing sound.by removing the front speakers cable from the motherboard i/o panel it will be perfectly fine.but even when i remove the power plug the noise remains.i haven't had this issue with the gigabyte board.any ideas whats going on here?!

Contact ASUS support, should not be happening. You can test with another speaker set also.
