How is it that Apple has the audacity to actually charge its customers for a "solution" which they created by flawed design and impromper QA testing? Or, they have the stats showing that the sheep will actually buy it and so it's a win-win somehow? Can you imagine Samsung, or Palm (err...HP?), or HTC suggesting that one of their design flaws is fixable if only the customer buys a rubber band for $30? I mean it even sounds funny....and yet Apple does it. You're a first rate douche if you actually buy it! I'd be returning that phone pronto!
