I have a home theater system using components that are old. All the components, with the exception of the HDTV and Roku, are pre-HDMI. To make a long description short, I have 5.1 audio and the LCD projector is 800x600, but I am using the composite cable input. I am thinking that to get the maximum resolution on the projector I could use a composite-to-HDMI converter with a HDMI-to-VGA active adapter. Am I correct? Does anyone see a problem?
