Hook up soundbar

I have a Proscan TV model number p l d e d5069 it does not have an optical Outlet I have a soundbar digital Zone model number itb396dzb and it only has RCA and optical cord input I need to find out how I can connect my soundbar to this TV it does not give a sound with the yellow red and white RCA cable cords. Please help

The RCA might be in, not out ports. Does the tv have a headphones 3.5mm port?

Thanks for responding. Yes the back of the T.V. says headphone. The RCA cable has on both ends yellow red and white.

Then you can use a cable like https/www.amazon.com/RiteAV-Feet-3-5mm-Stereo-Cable/dp/B000V0G2C4 for connecting the headphone on tv to RCA on soundbar.
