I have a Toshiba A45-S150 laptop and there are two horizontal lines across the entire screen.
They are not stuck at one color; if I fill the screen with white, they very slowly (about 15 seconds) turn from there previous color(s) to white. Each of the two lines appears about two pixels thick (@ 1024x768) and if I fill the screen with several different colors (like multiple shades of blue), the lines will slowly change, and every inch or so, will vary to match a color (or shade).
It's very strange, and I can't find anything about the problem ; it's not stuck/dead pixels.
