To Whom it May Concern; My HOT PEPPER MOBILE'S SCEPTER 8 Tablet WILL NOT BOOT-UP & CAN NOT ACCESS the BOOT-UP MENU! From the first day that I used this Tablet it did NOT seem to work properly. Now,
I can NOT even get it to BOOT-UP!
