How bad would Sims 4 run on this??

I'm sorry for making this lol I know there are a lot of these om here but my daughter really wants a Computer/laptop for Christmas and Sims 4. We haven't had a Computer in 4 years and I don't know a lot about them. She saw this ( http/www.amazon.com/ASUS-X550ZA-15-6-Inch-Laptop/dp/B00YR6BMOQ ) and said she liked it, would Sims 4 run nicely on it? If not, could you please recommend a nice computer/laptop that would run it nicely. My budget is around $600..

Something like that looks nice, has 8GB which the SIM's loves RAM. Also has discrete GPU as well, quad core.

List roughly in your range. Spending a few more bucks than $600 will be worth it. Things to look for though will be 8GB of RAM and an AMD or NVidia discrete GPU.

It will still run without issue, but you will either have to lower the resolution or a setting or two down the road when the Sims 4 becomes a complete game when expansions, game packs, and stuff packs are released.
