How can an organization utilize one .pst file for Outlook calendar?

Everyone in our small office has their own Outlook pst file. However, we would like to be able to see other's schedules and make appointments for them. How can this be done?

You need to setup an email server, a pst file can only be opened by one system at a time. Or use an online calendar like Google Calendar.

We do have a file server, but how would I setup an email server?

Either hire a consultant or start with a web search "email server setup". You can also get a hosting site to do that for you. The key is you need to keep your mail in a central place in a format that allows for more than one person to access the files, preferably with user rights control so you don't have everyone being able to get to other peoples email.
