When you create a new LinkedIn profile, the default language is set to English. If you want to change the default language from English to something else, you can, by all means, do so by following the steps below:
Once you do so, the language will be automatically changed to the one you selected.
Note: If you want to revert back to the English language, you must follow the same process that you followed when you changed the language from English.
- ■Log on to your computer system.
■Open your favorite web browser.
■Open the website by typing www.linkedin.com in the address bar and pressing the Enter key.
■If you are not already logged in, provide your credentials in the appropriate fields and click the Sign In button.
■Once the Home page opens up, hover the mouse over the Account & Settings icon (icon with the profile pic) from the top-right corner.
■From the Account & Settings box, click the Change link representing the Language option.
■On the Select your language pop up box, click the language you want for your LinkedIn profile.
Once you do so, the language will be automatically changed to the one you selected.
Note: If you want to revert back to the English language, you must follow the same process that you followed when you changed the language from English.
