Solved! How can I connect a Bluetooth Transmitter/receiverAll in one to a Sceptre TV

I have a SK-BTI-020V Trans/Rec Bluetooth item. How can I set this up with my Sceptre TV? I've looked all over the place and can't find a step by step anywhere. Thanks.

The instructions for the device are lousy. It isn't clear if the single 3.5mm jack can be used as the input but I will assume that's the case.
If the TV has a headphone jack or analog audio output connect it there.
If the TV has a digital audio output then can a digital to analog converter or another transmitter that has a digital input.
