How can I connect my Samsung UN558000 to wireless headphones? I purchased the Kinivo USB Bluetooth Adapter. but no luck.

I am having difficulty connecting wireless headphones to my Samsung 8000 Smart TV. I bought the Kinivo BTD 400 adapter but still not having luck. Any suggestions?

This adapter is for a PC - there is special software inside the PC which transmists audio thru USB over BT.
You need "Bluetooth Transmitter" - a device with RCA or Optical input, which can be paired with your headphones.
