Asking my dumb question here, why an audio-only device to a display device?

1. Your TV needs to have an AV input so you can connect the TT to audio part of the input.
2. Turn on the phono preamp in the TT.
3. Some TVs won't switch to an input that doesn't have active video so you may need to get a composite video source to connect to the same AV input.
It's going to sound bad so why bother. If you have a soundbar with an aux input just connect the TT to it directly. Still won't sound great but better than going through the TV.
