I have my music on a cloud called pogoplug. The app lets me download my music to the device. I changed the settings so that everything saves on the sd card however when I download from this app it still goes into my tablets internal memory. Can someone help? Is there other settings I have to change?

Unless the cloud service allows you to download files, you can't. And no one here is going to help you bypass security measures either.
