how can I find my cellphone's mac address after it being stolen

Hi,
I have all the tasty information about my stolen cellphone [IMEI and Serial no., model, contracts],
however here is a technical question: is there a way of sniffing out the MAC address of my phone [Nexus 4 LG Android] after one year of it being reported stolen? Long shot ideas interest me, i find this entertaining. Understand I already had it blacklisted in various places as stolen with proper info additional suggestions would also be appreciated.

You can try contacting the dealer who sold you the phone, and/or the manufacturer. Supply them the serial number, model number, and all the information that you have.
