How can I fix this Xbox One to HP w1707 audio issue?

I am running my Xbox One to an HP w1707 (which has built in monitors) through an HDMI - DVI converter. There is no sound coming out. It has a VGA input and an "Audio In" jack too.

How can I fix this?
