How can I get a puk code for my smart watch I have the cell number

Contact your service provider. Also don't list personal info like phone numbers, email addresses, etc. on a public internet forum. You may as well drop your keys in a bad neighborhood and yell out "I'm going on vacation for a week and won't be home at 123 Main St., my alarm is also broken!!!"
