Hi everyone, good evening. I'd like to ask you guys about how can I get audio from my monitor (D2342P LG) that I wanna use to play PS3/4 but I don't know how to get sound from my console.

I've got this sound system Creative A520 and my monitor has a 3.5mm audio jack on the back of the panel and I tried to connect them so I can get audio from my PS3 that is also connected through HDMI to my monitor but nothing happens. No sound whatsoever

What can I do? I really wanna play my PS consoles but no audio sucks. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need something else for it to work? Help me, please!

Thanks in advance!

Green one.
And there should be audio settings accessible with buttons on the monitor.

Thanks for your answer, sir. This Creative A520 has 3 cables (black, orange and green. I also use it on my PC and works fine), which one do I need to use on the monitor? The little speakers are connected to the subwoofer.

Which cable should I use? There are no options related to sound in the monitor, so I guess it's activated by default.

Thank you so much, sir! It worked! There was a sound option as you said, but it only appeared when the sound system was connected.

Thanks again!
