How can I get home theatre connection for TV and set top box at the same time?

I'm having Sony home theatre system DAV tz145 and Sony Bravia tv

Set top box connects to the TV (with any other sources).
TV audio output connects to the HTS. Your HTS has an analog audio output. If the TV doesn't have a headphone jack or analog out you will need an active converter.
HTS connects to the TV with HDMI for DVD playback.
