How can I get the address source work on Samsung hospitality tv.ithe HDMI works

I I have a Samsung hospitality TV and I've got to reset and everything like that I got it off hotel mode I got it on Sam standby but on the source I got my HDMI is to work but not the AV

Is locked, so guests can't mess with it. How to unlock? heck if I knew.
