how can i get the most out of my sennheiser 363D

hello i have a set of sennheiser 363D they came with a usb sound card and when i turn them up to 100% on my pc there still not that loud when i listen to music on youtube but in games there very very loud. 2rd should i get a sound card id like the best sound i could get i listen to alot of dubstep
