how can i make sd card as default storage in samsung galaxy core 2

EVERY TIME IT SHOWS LOW MEMORY SPACE
INTERNAL PHONE MEMORY IS BEING USED FULLY

Android smartphones are not collect all things in sd card. You only save your data in sd card but all other information save to your phone memory. Only windows phone provide to save your all information and data in sd card , windows phone 8.1 and higher provide to collect your information in sd. And case of android you can't save all things in sd.
