how can i merge videos into one in delphi?

i want to merge multiple videos into one video. the videos should be the same format so nothing to think about merging videos with different formats.

Yes using delphi programming language. Do you know any application that does the job? Actually, creating a new app is required because the requirements are different. But I can also check any app that you will suggest. Thanks.
