How can i put the information on my sd card that i just backed up back on my phone after i resetted my phone ??

My phone was messing up , so i backed up all the files and media i wanted too . Then i unamounted my sd card and reset my phone . Now i try to get all my infirmation back and i dont know how to ??

You should be able to connect the phone to a computer or use a file manager app to move the files back. But you don't really have to do anything, you can set the media players on the phone to look on the SD card instead of the internal memory.
