how can i solve laptop when the screen is blank. even i put on the power but the led is on

I have a toshiba laptop which have 3 leds and when I swit it on the 2 leds comes on and other is not. And the bip sound comes

Be more specific about the beeps. How many long beeps and how many short beeps, and in what sequence?

the motherboard indicates that your device is somewhat have an issue on its hardware.. did you clean your Ram? did you clean your fan? did you replace your video graphics thermal grease>? try some of it. it might work.. then pick me as your solution to help others related with this problem.. thanks!
