How can I transfer files from my tablet's internal storage to my sd card?

I'm trying to transfer some audio files I've recorder from my android tablet to my computer via my micro sd card but I'm not sure how..I would be very appreciative if someone could help!

My tablet is an android iDea USA CT720

You can skip the SD card step, actually. Just plug your device into your PC via a USB cable. Your device will appear as an external drive, much like a USB thumb drive. Simply navigate around until you've found your files, then drag and drop them onto your PC.
