I have pictures and videos on a T-Mobile motorola pebl that's been deactivated it has a voicestream sim card in it. How can I transfer photos from to my computer

Connect the phone to WiFi or your computer, copy the files that way. If your phone has that option, some low end clam shell phones like that don't have any way of backing up the files from them.
