Question How can i unlock my memory limit in my laptop?

Hello!

I have a Packard bell GX M900 laptop.
How can i unlock my memory limit ? Is the bios update helps ?
Bios version : Phoenix PBG15.D15
Motherboard Name Packard Bell BV Godzilla 1.5
SMBIOS Version 2.5
I have asked this question from a company they told me my laptop has a memory limit up to 4GB RAM.
Yes i bought an SSD for upgrade already, it will help a little bit.

Nothing there is going to help you. If your current system is hardware limited, the only way to change that is to change your hardware. For you, a new laptop.

The current laptop chipset is the issue. It will only support 4GB of memory (2x2GB). See here for supporting info:

That thread was a huge rant where the guy was not listening to replies and just saying "yea but it's dumb that it does not work" then asks if he can change the chipset on a laptop motherboard LOL That post should be deleted, it's filled with horrible information and guesses about how things work.
