how can I unlock screen from unresponsive possessor on samsung 10.1 tablet

my tablet is locked up, the screen is lit but will go off from time to time however nonresponsive to any commands at all

Got this solved thanks to Harvey Norman tech, Need to press and hold all three buttons ( power Volume and on off twitch all at once )
check for a problem app that could be causing this to happen!
