You already have an x86 system; that's the generic name of the processor.
Actually this is the term used for 32bit processing. Notice, all programs that are not 64bit specific programs are installed to the "program files x86" file location. If you have 64bit, look at your C

drive and you will see "Program Files" and "Program Files x86". This is for running programs in 32bit. There should not be a need for having to install Windows 7 32 bit for a program that runs in 32bit/x86 because Windows 7 64bit can also run 32bit programs or x86 as you call it. Hope this helps.
