How can you give AutoCAD free, is it stolen?? Autodesk charges ~$5000

Will Autodesk sue me?
Can I get this on DVD disks instead of download for Windows 7?

Autodesk software is freely available to students and educational faculty members only. Everyone else has to pay for it or obtain it illicitly.

EDIT: to answer your question. If you do obtain your Autodesk software illicitly, Autodesk can sue you for both statutory and civil damages.
