How can you tell a USB 3.1 Gen 1 port from 3.1 Gen 2? Are both blue?

How can you tell if a port is USB 3.1 Gen 1 or 3.1 Gen 2? I know that 3.1 Gen 1 (=3.0) ports are blue. So, are Gen 2 ports/cables also blue? The full story: I have a new ASUS H370 Mobo that has colored the Gen 2 ports a lighter blue, like a teal. I have never seen this before and can find nothing on the internet to indicate that this is a standard. Did ASUS just do this on their own to add clarity?
