Gnereally, editing IMEI is against the law. It doesn't differ than changing the serial number in ur car. Firstly you can easily check if the mobile you have is on the "black list" http/www.baza-ukradenih-gsm.com/?language=en
If you want to edit it anyway, I'd recommend youtube search. There are heaps solutions for different brands.
