How do change esn on cell phone

I want to change the ESN on a Verizon phone. I want to use the ESN from my straight talk phone. Straight talk phones are not very good and I have a nice HTC droid incredible I could use. But straight talk won't let me activate the Incredible with the Verizon ESN,so I need to change ESN
