How do I back up my memory card which says unsupported on my phone

I put my memory card in my phone and it said that it was unsupported and needed to be formatted but I need to back up the contents before I do that so I don't lose everything. I need to know how to do that

No I took my memory card out of my phone and then reset my phone and I transferred some stuff to my card from my tablet , then put it back in the same phone that's when it said unsupported

sound like you did something when you transfer stuff from the tablet.
if the tablet can still see it. backup from there.

You can connect the SD card to pc, and then copy all of its data to a pc drive.
