How do I change around keys on my keyboard?

So I got on my laptop this morning and noticed my P 0 [ ; ' / - = keys were all typing random things when I pressed them, is there any way I can set my P key somewhere else on the keyboard as I suspect that area is water damaged even though I don't know how it happened.

You're going to need to replace the keybd I suspect. You need a working key to remap it as another key.
Which OS are you running?
