how do i change my number on blackberry boost mobile.

Somebody help.i want to activate my blackberry boost mobile 8035 it seems that in my country there is no wireless mobile communication.please help how tp get activated

Not sure where you are that you have internet service but not cell service, but if you don't have a mobile network provider, then you obviously can't activate the cell service, because there's no network to activate it on.
