how do i clean my laptop motherboard/keyboard

No keys work seem to work on my laptop, even the on-screen keyboard does not work....have rebooted too......any suggestions plz

So pressing buttons on the on-screen keyboard does nothing? Maybe rule out software problem using external keyboard. Also try booting into BIOS (F8) when your computer starts. See if BIOS is accepting input.
