How do i completely Delete all my files that i have downloaded on my laptop?

My brother downloads loads of games on my PC which i use for other stuff and it really lags my PC and i cant put my Files Because disk space is full, How do i just clean everything my brother downloaded since it's only his games.

Look at the download folder
use the Add/Remove Programs
