How do I connect a XLR mic to pc?

I'm planning on getting the audio technica at2020 xlr and I was wondering how I can connect it to my pc. I have http://www.musiciansfriend.com/pro-audio/mackie-cfx16-mkii-mixer and the creative sound blaster z sound card. Am I able to connect the mic to the mixer to the sound card?

Certainly should be able to .
The mic requires phantom power which the mixer provides,so you would just plug the mic into any input channel.
The mixer output would then plug into the line in of the soundcard.

Would I have to connect another dual rca to 3.5mm to use my headphones on the mixer?

You could either plug the headphones into the mixers headphone output or plug them into the soundcard headphone output.
